A mindful start to the day

Today in the Tibetan Calendar

Phugpa calendar · 2025–2031. Traditional cautions are cultural references, not predictions of personal fortune. Follow your teacher or local monastery for observances.

Sources, repeated dates and clothing colours

Dates follow a published Phugpa calculation. Repeated dates are labelled; annual observances use the second occurrence. Listed annual observances on omitted dates are shown on the preceding date. Time-zone selection changes which civil day is called today.

This module includes selected fixed lunar-date cautions and practice reminders, not a full almanac of elemental or stellar combinations. We have not verified a Gelug source for daily lucky clothing colours, so no clothing prediction is generated.
